Let's start with what others don't say: this hutch is not antique. It's new, handmade from solid cherry wood, with a Provençal inspiration. We're telling you first because we prefer you hear it from us.

What sets it apart from a catalog hutch is its construction and an unusual detail: the hinged top lid. Below, the usual logic —open shelves to display tableware, a drawer for cutlery, and a closed cabinet for items you don't want to see—, all in one piece.

The solid cherry wood was hand-finished with an aged effect in our workshop. It doesn't imitate an antique: it takes the Provençal style and builds it well, for those who want that style without waiting for the right antique piece to appear.

As it is a new piece, it does not require restoration: the work is finishing. We hand-apply the aged effect that enhances the grain and inspect the structure before shipping it.
