The delivery times in Antique Art and Decoration will depend on several factors: the location where you want to deliver your order and the volume of the product. We remind you that you also have the option of placing your order and picking it up at our facilities.

Available delivery methods:

  • Pick up at our facilities.
    You can pick up your orders placed at our facilities. When the product is ready for collection, you will receive an email notifying that it is ready for collection within our opening hours.
    Delivery available the day after receiving the collection confirmation.
  • Delivery through NACEX.
    In the case of decoration items , will be sent by parcel in most cases, so the order is received in 2-3 business days through the NACEX transport agency.
    - Madrid: 2 - 3 business days.
    - Rest of the Peninsula: 2 - 3 business days.
    - Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: This carrier is not available for this delivery area.
  • Delivery with specialized transport.
    Products that have a large volume are sent through a specialized transport.
    - Madrid: 7 and 14 business days.
    - Rest of the Peninsula: 7 - 14 business days.
    - Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 14 - 21 business days.

Note: Within the product file you can see indicated the estimated delivery time of each of the items. Please note that these are business days, and the possible delivery date may be longer than the days indicated above. You can consult the work calendar of the Community of Madrid at this link.

The products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect said particularity in their description. The product will only be sent once the payment has been received and confirmed.

Order picking:

All orders received through our online store will be managed during business hours, until 7:00 p.m. After this date they will be managed the next day. Order management days are Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. Take into account these data that will increase the delivery date of your order.

Loss or damage in transport:

If the product arrives in poor condition, due to transportation, the user must indicate this on the delivery note, and call our customer service within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt to make the claim.
