Delivery times at Antique Art and Decoration will depend on several factors: the location where we deliver your order and the volume of the product. We remind you that you also have the option of placing your order and picking it up at our facilities.

Available delivery methods:

  • Pick up at our facilities.
    You can pick up your orders placed at our facilities. When the product is ready for collection you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for collection within our customer service hours.
    Delivery available the next day after receiving pickup confirmation.
  • Delivery via NACEX.
    In the case of decoration items will be sent by parcel in most cases, so you receive the order in 2-3 business days through the NACEX transport agency.
    - Madrid: 2 - 3 business days.
    - Rest of the Peninsula: 2 - 3 business days.
    - Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: This method is not available for this delivery area.
  • Delivery with specialized transport.
    Products that have large volume are sent through specialized transportation.
    - Madrid: 7-14 business days.
    - Rest of the Peninsula: 14 - 21 business days.
    - Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20 - 30 business days.

Note: Within the product sheet you can see the estimated delivery time for each of the items. Please note that these are business days, and the possible delivery date may be longer than the days indicated above. You can consult the work calendar of the Community of Madrid at this link.

Products whose delivery requires different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description. The product will only be sent once payment has been received and confirmed.

Order picking:

All orders received through our online store will be managed during working hours, until 7:00 p.m. After this date they will be managed the next day. Order management days are Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Please take this information into account as it will increase the delivery date of your order.

Loss or damage in transportation:

If the product arrives in poor condition, due to transportation, the user must indicate this on the delivery note, and call our customer service within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt to make the claim.
