Textured Trompe L'Oeil: The lower half of the planter features an astonishing bas-relief work that imitates traditional basket weaving, adding extraordinary tactile and visual richness to the clay.

Botanical Reliefs: The upper band is framed by two thick clay cords (sogueado) and decorated with beautiful high-relief appliqués of pinecones and foliage, a classic of vintage garden ornamentation.

Authentic Patina: Its greatest treasure is its patina. Decades of outdoor life have given the terracotta earthy tones, wear, and textures that no modern technique can replicate.

"Lived" Character: As befits its age and original use, the base has a large rustic drainage hole, a testament to its past housing botanical life.
